What we store

• Your account: name, email address, phone number, company and GSTIN.
• Your contacts: the numbers and fields you upload.
• Messages: sent and received messages with their delivery status.
• Meta access token: encrypted at rest, used only to send from your number.

What we never do

We do not sell your contacts or messages, expose them to other customers on the platform, or use them for our own marketing.

Who we share data with

• Meta / WhatsApp — required in order to deliver messages.
• Payment gateway — only the details needed to take payment.
• AI provider — only if you enable the AI assistant, in which case customer messages are sent to the provider you selected. With it switched off, nothing is sent.

Retention

Data is kept while your account is active. After deletion it is removed within 30 days. Webhook and API logs are purged automatically after 90 days.

Your rights

You can export your data, delete your contacts, or disconnect your number at any time. Write to and we will help.

Cookies

We set a single session cookie so you stay signed in. There are no tracking or advertising cookies on this site.
