Terms of service

1. What the service is

ROMA API is a software platform that lets you send and manage messages through your own WhatsApp Business API account. Your relationship with Meta is direct; we do not control it and cannot act on your behalf inside Meta's systems.

2. Your responsibilities

• Message only people who have given you permission to contact them.
• Follow Meta's WhatsApp Business Policy and Commerce Policy.
• Keep your password and API key secure.
• Do not send spam, deceptive content or anything unlawful.

3. Suspension

Accounts may be suspended for policy breaches, spam complaints or unpaid invoices. Serious breaches take effect immediately; otherwise we give notice first.

4. Payment

Subscriptions are paid in advance. The current period is non-refundable, which is why a free trial is offered first. Meta's conversation charges are separate and billed by Meta.

5. Availability and liability

We work hard to keep the service running, but we are not liable for Meta API outages, your number being restricted, or templates being rejected. In any event our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the preceding three months.

6. Changes

We will email you before any material change to these terms takes effect.
